TWO-HOLE BEAD FRENZY (Desert Rose Beaded Beads) with Diane Fitzgerald

Friday, December 5 - 10 am to 1 pm

These beaded beads suggest a type of mineral found in the Sahara Desert...hence their name, Desert Rose. Each bead is about one inch in diameter.  The beads may also be made with two-hole triangles. They have an internal bead to prevent collapsing.

The cost of this workshop is $45.00. If you sign up for all 4 half day workshops, the cost of all 4 workshops would be discounted.




TWO-HOLE BEAD FRENZY (Lattice Chain Necklace) with Diane Fitzgerald

Friday, December 5 - 2 pm to 5 pm

Light as a feather and so comfortable to wear. Inspired by the jewelry of the 1930s jewelry designer Jacob Bengel, this necklace made with MIYUKI Half Tilas will soon be your favorite. Use this design for a bracelet or earrings as well.

Saturday, December 6 - 10 am to 1 pm

A smooth, comfortable necklace with daggers suggesting feathers or scales. The project may also be made with a pendant instead of the snake clasp or be made into an expandable bangle bracelet.

Saturday, December 6 - 2pm to 5 pm

Graceful ferns made with two-hole daggers for pendants in this necklace. The ferns may also be used for earrings.

TIN PIN with Bonnie Arkin

Thursday, December 11, 2014 - 1 pm to 4 pm

With the holidays right around the corner...it would be fun to create Tin Pins for your holiday gifts. Inspired by tin Mexican folk art this workshop, taught by jewelry designer, Bonnie Arkin, is fun and inspiring. Each piece is created from vintage and new candy and cookie tins.

Bonnie will bring an array of tin patterns and pieces to choose from and other details to create fabulous one of a kind pins.

The cost of this workshop is $45 and the skill level is for everyone.
